Shipping policy

Point reserves the right to adjust the rate of delivery of the Goods or the time at which the Services will be performed. In the event of request for changes, for shipping either party may, in writing, request an adjustment and agree on the costs thereof.

The Supplier will take good care of all Goods and/or materials which it creates or obtains for supply whilst they are in its possession, or control.

The Supplier shall be responsible for all packing and packaging complying with good commercial practice, applicable transport regulations requirements, including consisting of suitable containers for optimum protection of the Goods and handling and storage. All shipping containers will be labelled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the transport of goods.

The Supplier will notify immediately if there is likely to be a delay in the delivery of the Goods or the time at which the Services will be performed, stating the estimated period of delay.
